Kirstin Petersen is an Affiliate Professor within the College of Electrical and Pc Engineering at Cornell College. Her lab, the Collective Embodied Intelligence Lab, is concentrated on design and coordination of robotic collectives capable of obtain advanced behaviors past the attain of a person, and corresponding research on how social bugs accomplish that in nature. Petersen did her postdoc on the Max Planck Institute for Clever Programs and her PhD at Harvard College and the Wyss Institute for Biologically Impressed Engineering.
