About my Mac: M1 MacBook Professional operating macOS Sequola 15.4.1

I at all times get the next message when swapping the community, whereas the Mac is closed.
I at all times return it to regular after restarting the Mac, however I do not prefer it.
It is anoying to restart the mac each time when this occurs.

This web site cannot be reached – ERR_OUT_OF_MEMORY

Did anybody received this message and is aware of the way to remedy the issue mendacity behind?

PS: I’ve already checked getting "out of reminiscence" error when making an attempt to load particular web sites (am not out of RAM)
however the issue there was a nasty route. When making an attempt to ping Google and eight.8.8.8, it really works completely high-quality, so I do not assume that is my downside. Solely the browser and a few apps have the issue of being unable to entry the web.
